SHIPPING & PRICING POLICIES:
* Shipping is not included in the price, unless it says "$X shipped"
* If you live outside the US, I will ship to you, but shipping will be a little more.
* If you live outside the US: I do not mark items as gifts or at a lower value, because it is illegal and I ship many packages. Please be aware that you may incur custom's fees, but that is solely your responsibility.
* If you live outside the US: only Express Mail comes with full tracking. It is your responsibility to ask for this method of shipment if you want a tracking number. Otherwise, your package may become lost, and if that happens it is not my financial responsibility to reimburse you or replace the item.
* I always charge a little extra on shipping prices to cover any packing materials/ink/etc I need to use.
* I will gladly combine shipping if you buy multiple items from me.
* Unless you purchase insurance, I am not responsible for ANY items lost or damaged in the mail. Please tell me if you want insurance or delivery confirmation. It will cost a little bit more.
* I accept Paypal.
* I generally ship within 3-5 days, but this isn't a guarantee (I often have a very busy schedule). So, if you ABSOLUTELY need something out by a certain date, just tell me and I'll make sure to tell you if I can do it!

HOW PRIORITY FOR AN ITEM WORKS/OTHER SALES INFO:
* I assume that if you ask a question, you are genuinely interested in an item and have the money to pay IMMEDIATELY. So, whoever asks a question about an item is first in line, so long as they are willing to pay immediately/pay full price.
* If you post first but do not have money to pay immediately (or, say, within a day), and someone posts after you who can pay right away, then I will give it to the person who can pay immediately. HOWEVER, if you have told me you need a few days to pay and I say I'll hold it for you, then I will honor my word. So if you really want something but need to make a transfer to your PayPal account, don't hesitate to ask! I may say that I really need the money and want to wait and see if someone can pay right away, but more often then not I'll say I'd be happy to keep it for you!
* I am perfectly willing to accept offers on my items. However, keep in mind that I will sell the item to the first person to offer to pay full price (and who keeps in touch). Even if you were the first person to comment, if you offer less than full price but a person after you says they'll pay full price, it will go to the person who commented after you. You will not be included "in-line" for an item unless you have offered full price.
* If you are first in line, your place will only be held so long as you continue to stay in contact with me. If I leave you a comment that needs answering and you fail to reply after 12 hours, it will go to the person next in line. Of course, if I've told you I'll hold something for you (or a similar situation), you don't have to keep contacting me. I will hold it until the day we agreed that you would pay.
* As stated above, I will hold items. However, make sure you pay on time. Otherwise I may decide to sell it to the person next in line, and ANY deposits will be non-refundable (unless we have agreed that it is refundable in such an event).
* If you have bad feedback or no feedback, or if I have had an unpleasant experience with you in the past, I may decide not to sell to you (regardless of your place in line).
* NO TRADES
* Measurements are taken flat, and thus may not be accurate for everyone (for instance, a dress with a 36" max bust may fit one person with 36" bust well, but another person with a 36" bust may find the dress to pull to much or fit awkwardly). I try my best to be modest in my estimates though. However, unless my estimate is completely off, I will not offer a refund for ill-fitting items.
* I attempt to provide very accurate descriptions of the condition of items. Unless I am completely off-base/have missed a very noticeable or compromising flaw/stain/etc, I cannot offer a refund. However, I really want customers to be happy, so if I missed something and you're not sure it's refund worthy, don't hesitate to take a photo and show it to me. My ego isn't involved in this, and I'm not going to be upset! :)
* Please note that any complaints regarding sizing and damage need to made within a 45-day span of original payment (this is in line with Paypal's refund policy). Please check the condition and sizing when you receive your item, so we can work something out prior to that time. Otherwise, I cannot offer compensation/refunds/exchanges of any kind.
