If you have that recovery cd it should be able to reinstall windows to exactly the way it was when you first got the laptop.

Wyatt has a CD that would work. When Ubuntu exploded on me, that's what I used. It's a pretty basic edition, though, so there'd be things you'd be missing.

I can take a look for you if you'd like.

And I'm glad you're going to be back in Denton! I think a reunion is in order! =)

Yay! A reunion would be grrreat. I actually didn't make it back there today. Hopefully tomorrow though. I'm about to write a post explaining the delay. x.x
