Cool things happening today -
1 - Checking out the new Trader Joe's in town, we needed milk, margarine and cat food. They didn't carry the cat food, but I went out on a limb and picked up a tub of this Earth Balance spread, which turned out to be super yummy despite being vegan. Their Amy's knock-off pizzas. I was really hoping they'd be as tasty, but alas, no.
