Happy (slightly late) Halloween!
Just two pictures today, both of Lulu. :B I can't stop taking pictures of her ever since she got her new body!
I want to bump the saturation & vibrance super high on like, every picture of Lulu. XD
But then I went and did this one in b&w! It worked out for her cabaret costume, though. X3
Have I mentioned how happy I am to have her on her own SDGr body yet? I did? Whoops! I'll probably say it again, too! XB I really need to get her some clothes and stuff of her own now! Though she has totally stolen that Narcisse Noir dress in the first picture from Sugar, but Sugar is sweet just like her name and doesn't mind. ;)
I do have two dresses on order for her, and I have a couple things ordered from Taobao as well. I did try to buy a dress from the DoA marketplace, but after I sent the PM, I realized the seller hadn't been on DoA in 3 weeks. >_< Argh! Why wouldn't you check your sales? DON'T YOU LIKE MONEY?? It's been almost a full month since they've logged on at this point, so I'm not expecting anything. I should probably write a follow-up message saying nevermind, because I don't want to be obligated to something at some nebulous time in the future. Plus, I don't think I could really trust such a seller to actually ship in a timely manner if they're that ambivalent to their sales. Bah, it was a cute dress, too! :[
Anyway, in brief personal news, my dog (my working K9 partner - he's not a pet) injured himself and is probably facing surgery to reinforce a ligament in his front right wrist joint. He's been staying at home with me with his leg splinted, to keep him calm and stable. It was ok the first couple days, but at this point it is just really weird to think that he'll be out of commission for probably about 6 weeks. I've had so much dog drama with this job! Poor guy, he hates being crated all the time, but if he wasn't, he'd chew his splint off and damage his foot further, because he's a crazyface with absolutely no sense of self-preservation. Dogs. =_=
