This was just charming and very much...itself. Bunsen burner ambience, vomiting, obsessive dental hygiene, and mutual care. So them, somehow. The last lines, as everyone said, are perfect.

I think John and Sherlock's bizarre romance is so much more romantic than regular romance. I'm impatient for the next season, just to see where the fandom takes these two!
