So it's over. Dave and I finally sucked it up and ended it. In a way I am so heartbroken I feel like I'll never smile again...but on the other hand I want to dance for joy that we don't have to play at being happy anymore

Oh god, I'm really sorry - not that you know who i am. But I am really sorry. Break-up's and Broken-heart's are one of the hardest things to deal with as I'm sure you know.. but they do have their advantages. The experience either allows you to make your next relationship better and enables you to not make the same mistakes, or make the second-time-around with your ex better etc.. I hope things get better for you soon, and just incase you're being silly and are worrying about future relationships.. DONT.. you're a beautiful & sweet girl from what I can see and you shouldnt have any problem whatsoever.
