Leaving school is really depressing this year, which is kind of awesome. I never liked high school all that much, and leaving Loyola Academy wasn't that big of a deal, but at the end of this first year I find myself not wanting to leave IIT for the summer. have you ever taken a psychology class? you should think about looking into that...albert ellis, rational-emotive therapy. perhaps you'd like it. i don't know what the core is at IIT, but do they offer those kind of classes? hmm maybe i'll just buy you a book. :)

oh, and i don't think batman is a very happy guy. but i know what you mean about wanting that happiness, and being afraid, and leaving things that you're familiar with, and all that stuff...it makes you feel uncomfortable to imagine things differently, of change, no? i might be way off, but i've been feeling kinda like that lately.

Hah, awesome! I found some websites about that rebt stuff - good call. That's a huge part of what I'm talking about, and I've never heard of it before...I'll definitely look into it more. Thanks a lot ( ... )
