Incident #1: Yesterday morning was full of docent led and non docent led school groups. My gallery was popular and they kept setting off the audible alarm for the Jungle Chest piece which is located away from all the other pieces in my gallery. I wasn't able to follow up on all the alarms as my gallery was crazy all over. Later when it calmed down

Well, clearly, if alarms are going off, the obvious answer is... to turn them off, not solve the problem! Brilliant. Just brilliant.

well they originally turned them off because staff were rehanging in one area of the gallery while the other areas of the gallery were open to the public. still not very bright idea overall.
