Currently, the answer would be no to that. He won't be able to become a PokeDoctor, but he could probably look into it and experiment with his own methods of healing his pokemon.

We may adjust it in the future, this was the first one after all!

It may not be about squatting so much as the character may be quieter and less ikely to post to an open network, preferring lack of contact to yacking it up with strangers. You could IM or PM the player to ask when their next post is because you want to gain CR with that character? I know neither of my characters are very talkative, and I wouldn't want extra posts to fill the requirements if they are only directed at their current CR.

Maybe we could request links with some tags they've done? It would still prove activity while allowing quieter characters to avoid making an overabundance of posts they really wouldn't make and let those players not have to make that decision of activity vs IC behavior. (It's not as though anything is forcing them to use the PokèGear.)

It's fine! No one's asked us before, actually.

She would start at New Bark Town with a pokémon of your choice. Drops and new apps or reapps are treated as a complete restart of the journey. Some may still have their memories of the original journey if a player wants, in the case of reapps, but they will start at the beginning again.

Sorry about not getting to this sooner! Basically, you'll receive your pokémon in the chaos of being given things and rushed out of the house if a trainer/breeder. They could be on the belt, or it could be set in your hand, or be sitting in your backpack. We left it a bit open for creative differences.

I'll talk to Okami about it. A lot of our lenient guidelines are for judging smaller and slower-paced games, as we had thought this would be, but we'll see what changes we can make.
