Steve brought over their 20 gallon hexagonal fish tank tonight. We got it set up with all the various accoutrements running in the sewing room and got the two fish back in it. I'll have it until summer, probably some time in June or July. I'm very curious to see when Kanika starts paying attention and how she'll react. She doesn't seem to have ( Read more... )

Silly me! I just recorded it and then watched it on tape as soon as it was over. It was MUCH better that way.

I'm also surprised-- you didn't watch the Super Bowl?

Well, I sort of watched, but more listened to the game. I was doing some more around here on the place. I wanted to return something to Target and pick up a couple other things. I also knew that the Wicks were hosting a viewing of the game, but that Amanda might be there and we hadn't emailed or talked at all about it. So I swung by to double-check, and her car was there, so I just went to Target, did my stuff and went home to hear a lot of the game and continue being productive.

Honestly, I just didn't care all that much about either team. The things that are going to make me pay closer attention are a team or teams I particularly like or dislike, or watching in a social setting.
