Hey there, this is off topic, appy polly loggies. I'm not a member of wtf OMGZ anymore... The Belgian video is promoting a rule in Belgian law that grants the ability for citizens to subpena a president after or during his/her time in office. So basicaly, the site is a Belgian site which is trying to get the American people to endict Bush. See more here:
