It's just starting to feel way too conservative. The governor talked about secession about a month ago. Now I don't think it'll ever come to that, but I'm not sure I want to live in a state that continues to re-elect a governor that feels he needs to carry a laser-sighted pistol to shoot coyotes while he jogs when he could just as easily throw rocks

I should've asked earlier, but how are you doing? Have things gotten any better on your end?

If you're by Austin, I've heard Asheville NC is the new Austin, and North Carolina is pretty awesome. Don't go to Ohio though. That's where I am and it sucks. No jobs and nothing to do either. Hope you find something that works for you.

I just lived in NC for 6 years (Charlotte though) and I heard/hear great things about Asheville. Really cool city.
