Summary: In which Axel slighlty frightens Demyx about Xemnas

Demyx had met all the Organization members (so far, at least). Xigbar and Axel were alright (so long as the latter would stop trying to set him on fire. Just because their elements clashed did not mean they had to…right?). Xaldin, Vexen, Lexaeus, and Zexion were pretty serious about what they did (in the study of heart collection), but they were fairly easy to talk to. And Saïx, while he did practically scare the pants off of number nine, wasn’t around much, so Demyx had learned how to steer clear of the blue-haired nobody.
Who Demyx was truly worried about (as much as his non-existent heart could, however) was their Superior, Xemnas. The man spent hours after hours, days after days just staring into the moon that was known as Kingdom Hearts. Demyx once even thought he heard the man speaking to it!
Axel had assured him that Xemnas really didn’t… but, Axel had warned, a devilish smile appearing on his face, if one was to disrupt Xemnas while the Superior was bonding with Kingdom Hearts…who knows what would happen?
It was right after that when Axel “realized” he left his chakrams in The Altar of Naught, and sent the already nervous blond to go retrieve it.
“Yes...Kingdom Hearts...” Demyx froze, one of his hands on the chakrams as he overheard the Superior speaking. “Soon, you shall be complete enough and complete us as well…”
Demyx gulped. Not loudly, mind you, but loud enough. Well, Axel lied. And Xigbar was right - apparently Xemnas had been so completely wrapped up in his idea of becoming someone again that he could think of nothing else.
“Well, that’s nice,” Demyx offered with a slight smile. He then turned and sprinted out of The Altar of Naught, Axel’s chakrams in hand.
It was only after he left when he had only a few more rooms to rush through before meeting up again with Axel that he remembered that everyone could call their weapons back to them.
