Xemnas couldn’t care less about the members of the Organization. Truthfully he can’t, being a Nobody and having no emotions. The only emotion he can feel is want; he knows that Kingdom Hearts is near completion and he’ll do anything to finish his beloved creation.
Although more than half of his Organization has disappeared, some thanks to Axel’s doing, Xemnas waves it off. Although it’s disappointing, if they allowed themselves to die so easily, they wouldn’t have been an asset to him when making Kingdom Hearts.
One by one, they disappear on him again. Demyx doesn’t return from his Hollow Bastion mission; Xaldin isn’t present after his mission at Beast’s Castle; Axel (although he’s been cast aside, stupidly following feelings he couldn’t feel) has died at the Keyblader’s expense.
He doesn’t send the others out, but they are quick to test their strengths against the Keyblade master. One by one, Xigbar, Luxord, and Saïx fade away into darkness.
Some part of him would care if he had a heart. Another part of him is glad he can’t; glad to be rid of the fools that would taint his precious Kingdom Hearts.
With that in mind, he prepares to speak to the Keyblader and his dark-dwelling friend about collecting more hearts, not a single thought on his deceased Organization members.
