PISCES IN THE PARK tomorrow (sunday)
this is very last minute, i know - tomorrow is a great time to stop by, hang in the park (hopefully with nil rain) and pinch each other's asses one last time (thanks jette for the reminder):

happy piscesmas! slip on your dancing fins and gather with your fishy friends in (hippity hoppity) Bunny Meadow in beautiful golden gate park!
come out and play! there are so many fabulous pisces to honor, and in addition to this being a celebration of all pisces and the fine folks who love us, this is also miss Calamity Jane’s big hurrah before she swims off to florida!
adorning your gorgeous selves in pisces colors is greatly appreciated by us aesthetically minded fishies! if you are so inclined, please indulge us by wearing the colors of the sea... greens, blues, purples… or come just as you are! we love you every which way!

what to BRING:
~~a big fat smile because it’s spring!!! + whatever YOU need to be comfortable/entertained for the day: friendsies, layered clothing, sunblock, sunglasses, hat, earplugs, WATER, food, drink, blanket to sit on (if you plan on sittin’), hoops, kids! babies! (somebody better bring some babies!) + hearing protection for your kids/babies? (though the area is large enough you can get away from the sound), supervised dogs!, poi and other fun toys, frisbees, croquet… whatever YOU want and whatever YOU think would be fun!
DONATIONS:
~~the permit$ are costing us a pretty penny, if you are able, please bring a little cash to feed the kitty! (i'll have a can at the dj table.) that would be oh so very appreciated! thanks!
what to KNOW:
~~music starts at 12 and goes til about 7. sunset is at 7:18pm.
~~pretty please invite/bring/tell all of your friends!!! but please *do not* post this event publicly.
~~bunny meadow has both sun and shade, and is close to bathrooms.
~~SF weather is unpredictable and ever-changing: dress in layers and be prepared for both warm and cool temps, especially if you are staying all day.
~~this event is kid-friendly, and close to the carousel and a super cool new (& amazing) playground! (i think it's $1.50 for carousel.)
~~there are no picnic tables, BBQ pits, or trash cans in bunny meadow. please pack it out.
~~CIG SMOKERS: please bring your own butt collection device. thanks! :)

~~from FULTON, park car/get off bus on/near FULTON & 3rd AVENUE. there is a paved walkway leading into the park, right around 3rd ave. follow the walkway into the park, then follow the bouncing beats!
~~J.F.K. drive is closed on sundays. arguello may also be closed due to work.
~~bunny meadow is behind and to the left of the conservatory of flowers, if you are facing COF's entrance.
~~easily accessed via public transit either from haight/fell & stanyan area or from fulton st.
