That pic was in Popular Mechanics, not Time.
I mean, it may have been in Time, but it's from an article from Popular Mechanics.
I have the issue at my home if you wanna read it. It's pretty cool.

It must've been in both, because I read a long expository in Time about what Jesus would've actually looked like, and this was the "reconstruction" at the end.
