Yeah, Mythbusters is one of the few shows I'll actually bother watching.
We've been having some rough times with the dogs, but thankfully it seems to be another bullet has been dodged. The wounds have finally closed up, and while he'll have the scars/bald spots permanently, it certainly beats having the muscle around his spine going necrotic and gangrenous. He's back to being his happy go bouncy self.
It's a game (for lack of a better term) named Second Life. I tripped across it a long while back while doing research on trying to find some form of online game for the entire family to play. Basically it's a free 3d virtual world, but certainly not child friendly, especially in some areas. Someone's even put up a IoS there, though I haven't bothered to see if it's being run by anyone I actually know.
I like Eureka, it's one of the few shows I go out of my way for, but Mythbusters is on our dish auto-tune as well :-)
Ahhhh Second Life, gotcha. I'd wondered for a minute if it might be, but honestly I didn't know it was still around. As I recall, that was one of the games my ex husband used to play. Interesting that it has an IoS! I miss that old mush, alas.
I'm so out moded re: games, I play Diablo/DiabloII and Jardains on my computer, but that's about it *heh* I did try WoW a few times but I thought DiabloII was more enjoyable :-)
My tv watching list is rather short. On the weekends I'll watch the travel channel, and during October I'll tune in to whatever sort of haunted shows that might spark a bit of creativity or will set the mood for Halloween. Otherwise, if I'm going to catch a show, it's either Mythbusters or the occasional Deadliest Catch
