Nothing more fun than going to a wedding and discovering that you haven't quite dealt with the hurt from a previous relationship. The wedding part is irrelevant, but the open wound from previous relationship kept aching. Aren't three years long enough to get over these feelings of betrayal and exploitation

I find it a bit fascinating that the two latest entries on my friends page are about weddings, with two very different reactions to them

I find it to be similar in Boston... but that those people are also still your friends when you re-integrate with the dance scene... And at the same time - as a non-dancer, you're not initiating a friendship with dancers too... there's an ebb and flow to it.
