No its not cool to have a traitor, that guy would be referred to as a traiterous ass. You don't gang up on someone 3 vs. 1 unless this guy really deserves to die or its Chuck Norris. You'd need more than three for him though. And superhero stuff is cheesy.

alright then is having a guy who is ten feet tall, faster than humans, and stronger than humans still cheesy? and they can still die, just only at the hands of two people who are basically their opposites, still cheesy?

you've got your work cut out for you to make this not cliche. But what makes a superhero story good is the characters, not the plot. The interest comes from a) anticipating the hero's fall *not death, fall. Important distinction* and b) if the fall seems inevitable, or has already been established inevitable (e.g. Romeo and Juliet, you know they die from the beginning) longing for his/her success. The reader has to be able to relate to the hero as if he were human. Plot twists add excitement.
