I think it was too big. I reduced the size by 50% and cropped it some, so it's working for me now and hopefully for everyone else.

For some reason, when I take pics with my digital camera and transfer them to my comp., they are HUGE and I have to reduce them to about 25% just to look normal. Weird. But I think I fixed it now.
