Okay, so my family and I rejoined our gym so I can start getting some more exercise in. It's been a long time since I have worked out like this and I just have one question that I am hoping someone can answer. How do you know when you are pushing yourself too hard. And remember, as you incorporate exercise, you may be more hungry, so just add PROTEIN! :D
A little soreness and stiffness is normal when you haven't been active for a while, but being immobile is not good--you don't want to do any permanent damage, so err on the side of caution!
