Yeah, A/C is good to have. I had it put in first thing when I bought my house in CO. Well, this all sounds great!

I'm at your disposal for help with moving, just give me a couple of weeks to plan around it.

Well, they're paying for the AC, so that's not too bad. (Mine was only a k, but that's 'cause of mom and her job)
