Why the hell not?

I started this journal seventeen years ago. August 12th, 2007.

I was 22.

Now I'm turning 40 this year.

I honestly don't know if anyone even uses this site anymore. But it's kind of a shame to let this ancient journal disappear into the abyss when I've been living, loving, and adventuring. I miss journaling, I miss sharing my thoughts and also

i saw the notification come up and i was like OMG i have to login to reply! i abandoned my account here because of an online stalker issue, but i've been writing off and on, mostly private since on another account... but wow. i feel like you're still in your 20s haha i will be 44 this year, and i have an almost 3 year old little boy! meep! life is mad strange! how have you been??

I'm still here. Loved the platform many years back. Today, I use mine mostly for recording recipes and drafting newsletters. It's nice to see a few returning folks to LJ.
