Come on! What about disembowelment, or being beaten to death with a rubber bat? Or roasting on a spit? I'd also say being tied up and left to die from exposure would be pretty nasty... hanging from a tree, upside down, for example. Dying in a crow's cage... the slower the death, the more cruel, in my opinion...
