Help with a skin?

So, figure instead of spam we'll get a real question. XD Is there anyone still watching this that knows all the technical stuff for skins for the original sims? I have one that I'd love to use, but it crashes my game. I think something is wrong with the head files as if I try to make a family with the Sim the head won't show up where it should

i am new to this thing...but i love playing the sims..my sister and i used to make sims of each other....then we would kill each other by making us swim in the pool and taking the ladder out. ha ha just fun and games..nothing serious by it. now i make sims based on me my 2 dogs and my husband.
