I'm extremely good at motivating other people. So why is it so hard to do the same for myself?

Reading that was just like looking in the mirror :)

You've done a lot more than I have:
bought a house, worked on the house, lost weight, joined the gym, etc.

that's not to say that i don't have a hard time motivating myself every step of the way, though...

I'll motivate you if you'll motivate me!

... and get better soon!!! No more falling apart.

stabbing sensation... Do you have ulcers? Get better, k? So you can lose money with me when I let you know last minute I'm going to Foxwoods as I'm driving through Warwick... 8-)

One thing to feel good about-Bruins re-sign Raycroft. :)

I have IBS. I'll get better. Just have to be careful about what I eat and drink for a while. You were probably 5 minutes from my house the other night.

Yeah, I was happy about Raycroft. Did you hear about the fan fest opening night? It starts outside the Garden at 4. All fans attending the game get a replica Stanley Cup! I wish that I could go.

It would be tough. Two of my co-workers already have that day off, so I'd have to leave at 4:00, which is my normal time. I'd hit rush hour traffic on my way to Boston. If you get stuck with a ticket, there's a slim chance that I might be able to pull it off.
