Now that's it's November, which I can't believe, I've looked back on October. Had quite a few ups and a lot of downs. I let too many things get to me. Ran a gamut of emotions. Some happiness. Some sadness. A lot of anger and frustration. This month, my goal is stability. Also need to go and backdate some stuff

Junk food has been a problem lately. I find myself stress eating, but that's going to change.
