Thanks for sharing. Very interesting. I recently finished reading the Omnivore's Dilemma.

I have stopped buying meat for the most part because of poor conditions the animals inevitably came from. However, I will accept and eat meat from people who offer it to me graciously because not to would be ungrateful and rude, I feel.

I think the next time I get enthusiastic about eating meat is when I start raising it and butchering it myself. I hope someday I can...

i've been working in the kitchen at Chipotle for over a year now. We have a big poster for Food, Inc. right inside our main doors, and the managers have been mentioning it to people from time to time. I'm not bringing this up to brag or whatever, I've just had some experience with what you're talking about, and thought I'd share.
