That your first time? I've almost hit three deer so far. Once was about a year ago, and the damn deer was on a freeway offramp - right smack in the middle. Stupid deer.

I hit a bird on Thursday, but I swear it wasn't my fault.

hell, i hit a bird a few hours ago

the good thing is that i looked in my rearview mirror and saw it do this really cool spin thingy that it managed to pull out of and fly off without hitting the ground or anything, so i assume it's fine
