Well I've only heard of it as oral sex until tonight, and then my friend implied it to mean fucking and then when talking to his brother to get some clarification, he implied it could also mean riding which led to this poll. Although it seems that it's a very specific region where it means something else, I suppose.

Have def only heard this in reference to oral...it would raise my eyebrow right off my forehead if someone said it to me and meant anything else by it. XD
