Please go out and enjoy the snow. Most of your other posts about it have been so happy and uplifted. I know it sucks to be alone on New Years, and in the emotional sense that you have been talking about lately, I was. I was with friends, but fraternity brothers you are drinking with don't provide the same kind of emotional contact. I am sorry that your friend was so thoughtless in not inviting you. And I am even more sorry that you seem to be stuck with such an immature roommate, I have spent time with someone like that and I must tell you they are lucky that I did not follow my instincts and give natural selection a set of hands. I hope that your New Year is much better than the previous. I hate to see my friends in pain so let me know if I can do anything for you.
I've BEEN to Tillamook, I've TOURED the cheese factory, I've SWAM with seals off Rockaway Beach. Hell, I've still got the dogtags I bought from the vending machine in the supermarket all those years ago. They read "Yakka F. Bean, Bard of Bury North" and they rock :) I've felt that frustration, suppressed that same human need and now I'm pissed off with it. I'm going to change that situation and woe betide anyone dumb enough to get in my way!!! So tell me about these dreams then ;) - Yakka
