Part of what makes Logan a really good tattoo artist is how dutifully he cleans his equipment. He's cleaning up his area after having just finished a tattoo on a girl, throwing his needle away in the hazardous materials container, sanitizing his area over and over. Carlos is laying down on Logan's chair that he straightened out and, uh oh, he has a nice body, too. Logan's always been a sucker for chests and abs and arms. And everything, really.
Logan sighs and heads to his chair to prep his materials. He ignores Carlos' flirty talk and instead asks, "This your first ink?" as he pulls on his gloves and begins to sanitize the skin around where Kendall's traced on the tattoo. It's a good-sized cross made out of Bible verses... good. So Carlos will be here at least two hours.
He better not talk too much. Or if he does, he better be prepared for Logan not to talk much back.

"Um, no, it isn't. I have a couple more," Carlos answers with a thoughtful hum. "I've got one on my arm, one on my back, as you can see, and one on my chest." All done by his good friend Kendall. That's one of the good things about wanting tattoos and having a friend who's a tattoo artist.
Carlos doesn't really want to talk a kit himself, though. He really wants to know more about Logan. There's this feeling in his stomach saying that Logan isn't going to give him much to work with, but, hey. That's okay. Maybe it just takes Logan a while to open up. And since Carlos comes into this shop so often just to talk and hang out with Kendall, he's going to be seeing Logan a lot more. Hopefully.
Carlos smiles to himself as he looks back at Logan again and asks, "What about you? Do you have any tattoos?" Logan doesn't have ( ... )
