If memory serves, there's a place near the edge of town called the Green Phoenix that should be disreputable enough for just about anyone's tastes. Can't help you on the sweetshops, but I'm sure they're around.

Miss Anko, if you're looking for candy shops there's a place in the merchant quater that does exotic imports from all over Vohemar (and a few places in Ivona too). You might be able to find what you're looking for there. I'm happy to take you if you want some company! I need to go shopping for a few things myself anyway.
