I'm curious - and maybe I missed it - but what makes people think you're scary?

I think people are scared of bugs because they don't know which ones may or may not bite them, their gut tells them to just be afraid of all of them and they're not interested to learn the distinctions to the point that they aren't afraid...outside of complete fobia, of course.
