Chub Rub. Red, raw, tear-inducingly painful inner-thigh chub rub. Dry out with corn starch, or moisten with polysporin or lotion, or leave alone? Buying something new not an option. Need an home remedy. Cannot use good sentences.

Keep it dry!!

The best thing in my little opinion is a zinc oxide cream (Penaten, Balmex, etc.). Get some when you can! It saved my chubb rub-filled life on my trip to NY.

it seems tho it needs to heal. perhaps poly/neo-sporin for rest, and baby powder/corn starch for 'going out'?

who wears short shorts?

I saw this on a clearance rack at Shoppers the other day for $3. It might be just a local special but hopefully it's at your local one too.

Sometimes if I'm feeling sweaty I rub a little anti-perspirant down there. It's more a pre than post solution though. Bike shorts all the way.
