Do deaf people all talk the same language? Is there french sign language? Furthermore, are there dialects? Even more, is there slang?

Do they have a little translater in the bubble when they dream?? I think American SIgn Lanuage is the language.. But i am sure there is more than one type...

i saw some deaf people on the bus yesterday. I have to admit i was quite impressed just seeing them talking to each other. then I had my brainstorm.

I know there are at least two different sign languages, probably a lot more. I don't know any slang, but I do know you can have "accents"
