CORPORAL punishment is when you're not allowed to punish your kids directly, you have to submit all kinds of forms in triplicate and wait the four to six weeks until an Army Corporal is available to come in and punish your child for you. it was part of George W Bush's "Support the Goddamn Troops or Else!" bill. unfortunately by the time the paperwork gets approved and the jeep gets freed up for the day the kid has already forgotten what he's being punished for so all he knows is that a large man in green is kicking the door in and yelling at him
