I heard about this on Legal AF and on Bryan Tyler Cohen/Glenn Kirschner (or however he spells his surname) (all of these feeds are run by actual attorneys, the last guy I mentioned is a former JAG and federal prosecutor, so he bloody knows his sh!t...)

I can't wait to hear what Jaime Raskin has to say about this BS/MS/PhD (he's a Constitutional scholar in his own right!! Doesn't need one of those "pocket constitutions" you sometimes see around...)

Yeah.. this was one of the bigger stories today... she agreed to use men's room. I think that's how it works... lol.

I heard that she has a private bathroom in her office, and will use that. And she says she's not there to make waves.

But it would be great if she strolled in, past the men standing at the urinals, to reach the stalls at the end. I suspect that one time would make those assholes so flustered that they'd rescind their rule immediately.
