I think november would agree with you. Its a period of waiting, 4 weeks of straight waiting in a row. For holidays and family to come, for holidays and family to go. Even when time seems to drag on, its gone before you ever know it.

So, november might be the longest of the months, but, well, may's technically the shortest.
