Lola rennt is a great movie. I was talking about it today, trying to explain this other German film called Das Experiment, but no one had seen it, only heard of it at best. And then no one would agree to spend four dollars to see Good Bye Lenin with me! Bunch of philistines. :\

Fortune cookies are the greatest things ever. I had to buy some a while back for an English project and I shared them with everyone. They were all mystified that you can just go out and buy these things at a supermarket.

Aaah I love Lola Rennt. My casual, high-school job was at a video shop, second only to working in a CD shop in my eyes, and so I watched all these films that I would otherwise have never bothered hiring out. And then I was also one of those film-geek students, with a film-geek film teacher, so we had to watch Lola Rennt for an assessment and everything. It was great. Anyway, Running One was on the radio the other morning while I was on my way to work and I was like, AAAH I NEED TO BUY THAT MOVIE. And then my housemate and I went to try and hire out the South Park movie because we felt like nerds that night and Lola Rennt was there for only twenty bucks! Awesome, said I.

THAT STORY WAS VERY LONG OF ME. And I've never seen Das... wait, maybe I have @-) I know that title.

Do you have Jones way down there? They make pop drinks that come in the best bottles ever, with beautiful photographs on the labels and fortunes under the caps. My favourite one was "Your self-confidence is warranted." B-)
