[ After guaranteeing that Nico, Dean, Sam, Jo and Riley were on their way, Buffy made her way down to the NJO Headquarters where she'd appointed their meet-up.

Impatience was the word of the day, because she knew damn well that they were on the clock with this one. Deadpool and Drusilla wouldn't hang around for long, even if Willow had GPS tracked the datapad they'd used to make their transmission. ]

[ ooc; Group gathers -> Confronts Dru/'pool -> Xavier & Magneto intervene & mental-freeze the group to let Dru and 'pool get away -> Xavier loses hold of Buffy who chases Dru but still loses her because Magneto holds her up, meanwhile group deals with Xavier. I believe this is the plan? Correct me if I'm wrong, someone? ]

[ Buffy gives him a smile. ] Any later and the rest of the eager beavers might have left without you. Not that any of them would know where they were going ... [ Jo, Dean and Sam get a look. Seriously, guys, when Buffy says "Riley should be here soon" it doesn't mean "Hey, Dean, take over for me and head out to you don't even know where." ] But, I'm glad you made it.

[ She nods to the others then and starts to move, leading them in the direction of the classier part of the upper levels. By Willow's measurement, Dru and Deadpool were still in the residence of their victims, which would at least afford them some privacy. ]

[Nico gives Riley a vague teenage-girl-meets-study-older-man-even-if-he's-clearly-taken wave and shifts her staff so that it's resting on her shoulder.] So what's the plan?

[She doesn't have to think of a plan. She doesn't have to SUCK at a plan. Holy fucking shit. It's like Christmas.]

[Jo gives a smile and a wave in Riley's direction, but falls right back into business mode. She figures that Buffy and Dean are about to butt heads over the gameplan, so she settles in and prepares to play peacekeeper between the two.]

All I know is we better take them by surprise. We only got this one shot, then we're screwed.

Riley's just going to defer to Buffy on this one. Sure, she's the vamp expert but she's also the strongest person here. And guy that can't be killed might just pose a bigger threat than crazy vamp chick]

[ Aww, Riley. Best boyfriend. There's an appreciative, doe-eyed look for that. Because aww, baby, you shouldn't have. Except that it's true. Between the Judge, the Mayor and Adam, she's kind of expert-y when it comes to killing the unkillable. She looks thoughtful as they walk, chewing on the inside of her cheek. ]

I don't want to split our focus. Chances are, they're going to be working as a unit in this, which means we need to too. If we do get separated, [ she looks to Nico, ] The most important thing is that you don't lose focus on Deadpool.

[ She glances around at them. ]

If there's one thing I've learned it's that no matter how much immortal you are, magic's the way to go. Nico, you're our best bet.

Drusilla's our priority, though. We know she can be killed, and we know how. So, let's get that done, then figure Deadpool out.

[Nico nods at the order.] I'll provide ground cover in case Deadpool tries to go on the offensive. Chances are he'll try to stab you in the back while you're focused on the vampire chick.

[She exhales through her nose and taps the hilt of her staff in her palm.] Just try not to die.

Dying's kinda our specialty.

[She glances back at Dean and Sam, and then shrugs.]

Or at least mine, anyway. I'm not gonna make any promises.

[And now that they've gotten their touchy feely issues with death covered, she stalks off away from the group.

Less talking, more killing. She marches right on into wherever Deadpool and Drusilla are, because this is how Jo and Brandi move along a thread. LET'S DO THIS.]

[Oh sure everyone follows JO but not DEAN just because he wants to leave without Riley. W/e. He heads after her, nodding at Sam to make sure his brother stays close]
