[Dean's not one to shy away from confrontation - ever. It's his whole life. But it's one thing to fight with his bro every spare moment in private, and it's another to have to maybe do it in front of a bunch of people who already have a mixed bag of levels of respect for them both. Have to present a united front, obviously. So Dean kept his mouth shut when Drusilla made her little comments, but that doesn't mean he was deaf to them, either.
After everything's over and done, he slips off after Sam while Jo's hanging back talking to Buffy, and catches up to him outside]
