dave got a new computer (a macbook) so now i can sit on the couch and surf the net while watching his 42" hdtv...yeah this sucks. it actually reminds me of being at brad's place in l.a. however, this is birmingham so it's not as cool. and quite frankly i do not feel right in the head so this partially negates what would otherwise be more

Right now I'm working on a laptop for 7ish hours a day, 5 days a week in front of the television. It is indeed a nice setup. Though it might seem counterintuitive, I get a lot more work done that way.

While many things may remind you of it, there is no substitute for actually hanging out at Brad's place in LA. Besides, now there are ridiculously comfortable recliners and a subwoofer, so it's all the more decadent.

You should come reacquaint yourself.

no substitute indeed...i really want to come visit. i am taking next semester off so maybe we can work something out. i am hearing rumor of a late season trip to mammoth...let me just say one thing: yes!!!
