The day has been a roller coaster of emotions to say the least. We got there about 830 and meet with our attorney shortly before 9am. She had been meeting with the Asst. DA who had been assigned to the case and as it turns out that it was a new one. This one had also taken the time to listen to the 911 tapes. He felt there was something very odd ( Read more... )

Sorry to hear about all this Jon. I really hope that by February her face heals extremely well, to the point that the judge looks at it and rolls his eyes saying there is not a need for plastic surgery. I mean I got attacked by a cat in the face, soaked two towels with blood on the way to the hospital. You'd never know it happened now and she went shishkabob on me. I'll think good thoughts. And make sure to wear some blue in February, its good for communication.

Blue is good. I am hoping the plastic surgeon she is going to will see this also. Granted she got 11 stitches, however the "bandaid" she wears is less then an 1" long. I think a lot of it is playing for sympathy. She is just plain weird. I dont' understand what her problem is.. She went from nice lady to very strangly acting lady almost overnight.
