OOC: Permissions
If I've missed something here that you want to know, please ask me! Also, feel free to point me towards your own replyable permission posts if I've happened to miss them.
Backthreading: Definitely yes; only condition is making sure anything happening in backthreads that will affect more 'current' threads is made clear. :P I will thread on memes forever.
Threadjacking: Generally yes, although obviously, please take into consideration any other players' preferences!
Fourthwalling/canon-puncturing: I usually don't mind fourthwalling, except that I will ask for you not to reveal to Lightning that she is from a video game (unless it's on a meme or similar, naturally)! Recognizing her is fine, however. Major exception = AU versions, AKA her being a real person in another character's world/universe/whatever when they are not a canonmate of hers already. This is a Please No.
Flirting: Go ahead. 8|
Hugging/other friendly contact: Yes, though you're bound to get confusion, an epic lineface, or a response that's outright violent unless she knows you pretty well first or something.
Kissing: Yes, but... see above. Good luck getting one in and/or finding a situation that doesn't involve her tearing someone's face off directly afterward.
Beyond kissing: If anything comes to this in-game, we'll definitely be talking already. Memes = obviously yes when appropriate.
Fighting: Y. With a character like this, it's only inevitable.
Injuring, killing, and other violence: Sure, within reason. No to death unless it's an event of some kind and/or we've talked about it. No to vampire attacks and things with needles. Also note that Lightning is generally very, very good at fighting back.
Pranking: Yes, but she won't find it amusing. xD
Mind-reading/telepathy/empathy/etc.: Yes to 'surface' stuff- her thoughts/emotions are likely pretty easy to follow, unless she's referencing things from canon that would take deeper investigation. Asking me about it isn't required but is a plus since... I will probably help you out.
Supernatural sensing of species/soul-reading/etc.: Human, regardless of what some from her canon would say. However, she has had magical abilities forced on her, in the form of a magical contract made against her will and literally branded onto her body. There's little doubt that this probably has some sort of effect on her soul/spirit in some way, in that she's bound to a 'Focus' and will turn into an awful monster if she doesn't finish it in time. In luceti, this has actually happened.
Sensing of magical abilities: She definitely has some- see her powers section for the specifics of what she can do. However, it is not something inherent to her or something she initially wanted. If you have a character who can sense that kind of thing, yeah, this would probably be clear, as well as the fact that it stems from the arcane 'Brand' located on the upper left of her chest. For the sake of completion, it's also apparently 'crystal'-based, and as mentioned in that link, she also has the ability to summon a particular 'Eidolon' to her when not under power-limitations. That is a little more agreeable to her.

Powers okay to use: Telepathy, Healing, Shadow Control, Damage Drain, Power Lending, Drawing Life
Powers probably okay to use: Fire Magic, Ice Magic, Strength, Speed, Telekinesis, Bardic Influence, Charm, Power Transfer - Please do not severely injure or kill Lightning without prior contact/planning.
Powers probably not okay to use: Body Control - Very likely too strong-willed here in the first place.
