So I'm sitting in a brand new library using a lap top I checked out and a lady comes over and asks me if this is a hot spot. I tell her that I just found the place yesterday and that I think the library is pretty new, but once people find out about it, it might become a hot spot. She gives me a weird look and then I realize (because she explained)
