I am philosophically opposed to that film. I wont go and see it, unless it is to sit the and glare at the screen. Hellblazer is one of the best comics I ever read, then they changed it, made it American, got a guy to star in it who is TOTALLY wrong for the part...my grievances go on. Apparently, the film is based around the 'Dangerous Habits' storyline, in which John gets lung cancer. I bet you any money they didnt show half of what is in the book. I mean, you cant exactly expect Keanu Reeves to swear every third word, and to slash his wrists, or for them to show an old man's body being basically ripped apart, with blood and shit and bile flying everywhere.

So yeah. Opposed to that film, because it cant possibly be as good as the comic.

seriously. he slits his wrists but you dont see it. yeah the film is one big anti-smoking film with satan ripping out constantines lungs (well the tar from his lungs) at the end. the change constantine to an american because keanu reeves couldnt do a convincing english accent. and it is officially the best fil (so far) of 2005. Patrick Dawson you will watch this film and like it.

...Played Ghost-Busters last night!! Which Mr. Martini was pleased about, was kinda odd. At the beginning of the evening he said "I hope they play Ghost-Busters" and he said we can leave at 12, at 5mins to 12 it came on! Perfect timing!! lol :)
