You might be surprised to find that SD has quite a few labor laws. Many of said laws go way above and beyond what you find in most states. Often said laws are very strictly enforced. I've been doing research and speeches on this for sometime. I guess that's what you get from Having both a dad and a step-dad who are labor reps for their unions at one time or another.

I didnt quite mean no laws, I was more pissed that there are no laws regarding breaks etc. So, if you get a break or a lunch they feel like they are doing you a favor.

You know I'm not 100% sure, I think that is a federal issue. I might be wrong but I think that was written into the overtime bill that was passed recently but anyway here is one that you may enjoy and find beneficial if you look for a new job in SD.

Im not sure either, when I broght it up with Best Buy that said it wasnt, but it was in thier best interests to say that.

I like my job, so I will only be looking for new jobs in FL.
