But I'm leaving the bulk of the center to the heavy-hitters. I'll be going around the outside for the smaller units, ideally the stragglers, or staying behind for the few that might leak through.

I'm not as strong as people like you or Haseo. But I'm not going to sit and do nothing.

Maybe, but can Haseo and Alkaid focus on the battle if they're too busy worrying about you? Even if you can do something, they'll still worry.

No, she didn't ask where the bloody thing came from, but it was just on the other side of the border, already ripped right out by the roots, and hell if it didn't sound better than hunting for boards that half of everyone else'd already taken up for their own houses or the border itself.

Don't look a gift mule in the mouth--or however that thing went.

Anyway, she's gotten her hands on one of the woodsman axes from a local (gotta save her own weapons right? It takes time to sharpen those things!) and is busy hacking off the large branches and sharpening the tips. They won't be much good for boarding up windows, but definitely doable for a standard-issue pointy fence.

She looks up towards her journal when she hears Angel and scrambles over to clock in.]
