one more day till cara comes home. woooo. i miss her so much right now, i dont know what im going to do. i dont know what im going to do when we both go to cali for two weeks. ahhh. oh well, ill try to make it through a day and a half.

I have heard your name before. In case you dont know who i am, Im the disgruntled 800 runner who should have scored at states, but didnt. All I know is that no one from Chariho is beating me in any distance event (not even the kid with the mohawk). Anyway, at meets, when you look at Vets' team, I'm the tall goofy one.

I run for Warwick Vets, I was just telling other people about it in case they wanted to run a good time. Yeah my journal's pretty studpid because i never write in it. I mostly go around writing in other people's. Anyway, im gonna be a senior and i run about 17:39, but my best event is 800- 2:01.3.

wow super fast. i would have run a 2:09-2:10, but i rolled my ankle on that rail thingy. maybe ill do better next year. 17:21 in xc maybe a good 30 secs off. well see
